AWS currently describes a Founders tier starting at $1,000, with select startups eligible for up to $5,000, and a Portfolio tier of up to $200,000 for eligible provider-backed startups. The final amount is decided by AWS.
Do I need an AWS account before I enquire?

What if I have received AWS credits before?
